Almost always the birth details. Lagna reads the hour of birth, not just the date, so an hour out puts you in a different day pillar. Check the date, the time, and the birthplace you entered — the place matters because it sets the timezone your chart is calculated in. If they are all correct and it still looks wrong, email us with your birth details and we will look at the chart itself.

Purchases are tied to your Apple ID rather than to the device, so restoring them in the app is the fastest fix. If that doesn't do it, email us with the date of the purchase and what you bought, and we will unlock it from our side.

Refunds for anything bought inside the app are handled by Apple, not by us — we have no way to issue them. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If the reason is something broken on our side, write to us as well so we can fix it.

You can do this yourself, in the app. Open Settings and delete your account there — you do not need to ask us and you do not need to wait. If you would like a copy of what we hold about you before you delete it, or if something goes wrong partway, email us and we will handle it.

Your birth date, time and place are what the whole app is built on, and they are the most personal thing you give us. What we collect and what we do with it is set out in the Privacy Policy.
